1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration

To use the Services, you must register a ybet99 Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes at any time.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened deliberately or inadvertently — are strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, ybet99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any outstanding balances, and void any open bets or pending transactions across all accounts.

By registering, you confirm that:

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ybet99 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

ybet99 will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to come from ybet99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity occurring under your Account credentials — including bets placed, withdrawals initiated, and personal information changes — is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified ybet99 of a suspected security breach. ybet99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain credential security.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All Account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following conditions govern all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the ybet99 Platform:

• Deposits must be made exclusively from payment instruments — including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 — that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as a fraud prevention measure.

8 Betting Rules & Settlement

In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to that product.

ybet99 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds arising from a system or human error;
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions or applicable product rules;
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or declared void by the relevant governing body;
• There is credible evidence of match manipulation, insider information, or other integrity concerns affecting the relevant event.

Settlement of winning bets is conducted in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sports governing body or casino system. ybet99's settlement decisions, made in good faith and in accordance with published rules, are final.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ybet99 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of outstanding bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own identity or a false identity;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or in the course of identity verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime;
• Attempting to access or exploit any software vulnerability, API endpoint, or technical error in the Platform for financial gain;

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ybet99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, and trademarks — is the property of ybet99 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

11 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by ybet99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Responsible Gaming

ybet99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we take proactive steps to support responsible gaming behaviour among our Members.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Cap your net losses over a defined period to prevent chasing behaviour.
• Session Time Limits: Receive warnings and automatic logouts after defined session durations.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and be excluded from all ybet99 Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ybet99 reserves the right to suspend or close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documentation when requested;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Member's payment provider;
• Receipt of a legal order from a competent authority requiring account restriction or closure.

Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a breach by the Member, ybet99 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit any balance in the Account pending investigation. Where Account closure is initiated by the Member for non-breach reasons, any remaining balance after settlement of outstanding bets shall be returned to the Member via their most recently used withdrawal method.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the ybet99 Platform involves the collection and processing of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Services.

15 Governing Law & Disputes
